You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Include the original invoice and return slip
  • The return request is made within the allowed return window

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Beauty, grooming, and cosmetic products
  • Socks, masks, and personal hygiene items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  1. Initiatea ReturnLog in to your account, go to My Orders, select the item, and click on Request Return.
  2. Schedule a Pickup: Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address. Please ensure the item is packed securely.
  3. Quality Check: Once received at our warehouse, the item will undergo a quality inspection.
  4. Approval & Refund: If approved, the refund will be initiated as per your selected method.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

Refund Method:
  • Original payment mode (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Store credit (if requested).
Timelines:
  • 5โ€“7 business days for prepaid orders.
  • 10โ€“14 business days for Cash on Delivery (COD).

*For COD orders, youโ€™ll be required to securely provide your bank account details.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.

  • Fraudulent Claims: We reserve the right to reject returns if misuse is detected.
  • If the return is rejected (e.g., used or damaged items), the item will be shipped back to you.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to availability at your PIN code.
  • Partial returns may lead to adjustments in shipping charges or discounts applied.
